1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FileStream bot, web application, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Description of Digital Service

FileStream provides digital file transmission, direct link generation, and high-speed streaming utilities integrated with Telegram. Access to advanced bandwidth multipliers, higher daily link quotas, and bypass features is provided through digital subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, and Pro).

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use FileStream strictly for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the service to:

  • Upload, link, distribute, or stream copyrighted materials, software, or media without proper authorization or ownership rights.
  • Transmit adult, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Distribute computer viruses, malware, trojans, or attempt unauthorized exploitation of our cloud network.
  • Attempt to bypass bandwidth limits or account quotas using automated exploits, malicious proxies, or illegal bot farming.

Violation of these provisions will lead to immediate account termination, blacklisting, and revocation of access without refund.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Fair Usage

  • All premium subscription tiers are processed digitally and activated immediately upon confirmation of payment by the gateway.
  • Prices are clearly listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and/or USD and are subject to renewal per the selected duration (7 Days, 1 Month, 3 Months).
  • Service quotas (links/day and bandwidth limits) operate on automated rolling windows and are strictly tied to the active plan tier.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We endeavor to maintain high service availability (99.9% uptime). However, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update algorithms, or temporarily restrict access in response to network anomalies without prior liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileStream and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, link expiration, or user data transmission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
